Return Policy 


  •  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.  You must have an RMA number from the returns department. 

  • Refund amount subject to change upon inspection of return items. 

  • 20% Restocking fee on ALL returns. 

  • Special order items MAY NOT be returned. 

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid, insured and traceable using UPS/FedEx/USPS 

  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. 

  • Collect shipments will be refused. 

  • All parts must be returned in the original condition and uninstalled. 

  • Any damage resulting from installation or use will not be covered in this policy. 

  • If you ordered the incorrect part or decide you no longer need/want the item there will be a 20% restocking fee.   

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 business days of receipt.  After 10 business days items are no longer eligible for return.
